when u finish a drawing on paper do u guy outline it with ink and then scan it for coloring (CGing) or do u just scan your drawing and then outline it with a art program? i tend to draw partially on paper and then outline it in photoshop. i use the Line tool and most of the time i get blocking looking drawings? is there any better way to go around it, outlining your drawing?

Photoshop is one of the best program to do coloring and to do CGs. i havent tried Painter but i herd it is also very good. And if u are serious u should consider getting a drawing tablet (the one which Limality mention above).
